This is located in-between Long Island Expressway (LIE, Rt 495) Exists 55 (Motor Parkway) and LIE Exit 56 (Route 111). The current Prime Place will be extended and eventually connected to Edison Drive. Edison Drive will eventually be renamed Prime Place.

Long Island Expressway (LIE) Rt 495 Directions (If You Are Coming From The West):

1. Take the Long Island Expressway (LIE, Rt 495) East to Exit 55 (Motor Parkway, Rt 67).
2. At the first traffic light, make a right and go south on Motor Parkway (Rt 67).
3. Follow Motor Parkway for approx ½ mile (passing Gilphin Rd on the left)
4. At the next left past Gilphin Rd, make a left onto Edison Drive (eventually to be renamed Prime Place)
5. On Edison Drive pass the gate and follow the road around the curve and down the hill, passing a small new building on the right
6. You will then see a much larger building on the right with the Seal Dynamics sign.
7. Make a right towards the Seal Dynamics building and park. You may enter at the main glass door front lobby.
   

Long Island Expressway (LIE) Rt 495 Directions (If You Are Coming From The East):

1. Take the Long Island Expressway (LIE, Rt 495) West to exit 56 (Rt 111).
2. At the first traffic light, make a left to go south on Rt 111 and go under the LIE.
3. On Rt 111, bear right at the fork following Joshuas Path and make a right onto Prime Place.
4. On Prime Place, pass the fenced in water recharge basin and make your first left towards the large building with the Seal Dynamics sign.
5. Park in the Seal Dynamics parking lot. You may enter at the main glass door front lobby.
